No Returns or Exchanges
All purchases made with us are final.
Once your order is placed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
Please double-check all product details and sizes before confirming your order.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any orders once they are placed.
This includes change of mind, wrong selection, or delay in delivery due to external factors.
In Case of Damaged or Defective Items
We sincerely apologize if any item reaches you damaged.
To help us resolve the issue, please follow these steps:
Record an unboxing video as you open the parcel.
Share the video with us immediately after receiving the package.
If the damage is verified, we’ll offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or store credit.
Please note:
We cannot process any complaint without a proper unboxing video.
Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Color Variations
Due to lighting, photography, and screen differences, the color of the product may vary slightly.
This is not considered a defect, and hence is not eligible for return or refund.
